Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products offered by AutoVanta UG, including:
- Fleet services (cleaning, relocation, maintenance)
- Vehicle sourcing (car buying via auctions)
- Online shop purchases

🔷 3. Services (Fleet Operations)
3.1 Scope of Services
AutoVanta provides fleet-related services including cleaning, relocation, and maintenance coordination through partner networks.
3.2 Execution
Services are scheduled based on availability and operational planning. No fixed service times or guaranteed availability are provided unless explicitly agreed.
3.3 Invoicing
Services are invoiced after completion or as agreed individually.
3.4 Cancellation
- Free cancellation before service confirmation
- After confirmation, cancellation may result in charges depending on preparation and costs incurred
🔷 4. Vehicle Relocation
AutoVanta coordinates vehicle relocation using drivers, transport solutions, or other legal methods.
We ensure structured handling and coordination, but do not guarantee specific delivery times unless explicitly agreed.
🔷 5. Vehicle Sourcing (Car Buying)
5.1 Service Description
AutoVanta sources vehicles from European auction platforms not accessible to the public.
5.2 Pricing
A service fee of 15% – 25% applies depending on vehicle and sourcing complexity.
5.3 Inspection & Condition
Vehicles are selected based on third-party inspection reports.
Physical inspection prior to purchase is generally not possible.
5.4 Payment
Full payment must be made in advance before vehicle purchase and delivery.
5.5 No Return / No Refund
All vehicle purchases are final.
There is no return, cancellation, or refund after purchase confirmation.
5.6 No Warranty
AutoVanta does not provide warranty for sourced vehicles. Responsibility is limited to sourcing and coordination.

6.1 Orders & Payment
Orders must be paid in full at checkout via available payment methods.
6.2 Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and logistics.
6.3 Returns
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Refunds are issued after inspection of returned goods

All prices are communicated clearly before confirmation.
AutoVanta follows a transparent pricing approach with no hidden fees.

AutoVanta is liable only for damages caused by:
- Intentional misconduct
- Gross negligence
For all other cases, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
AutoVanta is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays caused by third parties
- Auction-related risks (vehicle condition, hidden defects)

AutoVanta works with external partners (e.g., workshops, logistics providers).
We are not responsible for actions or delays caused by third-party providers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
